Ordere a 2 pairs of socks that were supposed to help with arch pain. Waited a week, then decided to check on order status. The were still sitting in the warehouse, because they was a problem with my credit card. What problem? The order was charged to the card! Socks never shipped! I have bought many shoes in Footsmart, and my last purchase is really dissapointing. I just tried to return one of the 3 (three) pais of shoes, and they won't accept it. They say that all liquidation sales are final. And ALL of their sales ARE ON LIQUIDATION!!!!! Therefore, there are no returns. DO NOT BUY IN FOOTSMART.

I am having considerable difficulty trying to make a return. It has been frustrating so far to the point of disgust. I have tried a number of ways to accomplish this task. I feel it is bad enough to have to pay the return shipping, but they could at least make it less convoluted. I wonder why more than 100 words are required to explain a simple complaint. On 7/7/2016 I returned a pair of shoes. On 7/13/2016 I received a confirmation e-mail that Footsmart received them and I would receive a refund in 6-10 days. No refund. Sent e-mail inquiring about refund. No response. Called customer service on 8/2/201 6 and was told refund was issued 7/22 and would show on my credit card Friday 8/5. Still no refund. I ordered a pair of shoes from Footsmart and immediately (within 1 hour) attempted to cancel the order. They told me the order was already in process to just return the shoes after I received them. The shoes came in 2 weeks later, I tried them one and realized I was right in not wanting them, they didn't fit right. I called for a return authorization and never received one. I returned a pair shoes for refund. It's over thirty days and I can't get my money back. Refunds are Not easy. I keep contacting them beware !!

Master of woven footwear - Bernie Mav. Catwalk , color pixel. Nice looking shoe for summer casual. Ordered & received quickly in April 2016. I ordered the stretchies joyce slip ons back in April. I kept getting notices that the shoes were out of stock and the delivery date was extended. I waited patiently while Foot Smart continued to assure me that my shoes would be delivered. Then I received a card to return if I still wanted the shoes. I returned the card but after waiting months I checked the progress of delivery and was notified that I had cancelled the order-which is not true.... Read more

I actually had a wonderful experience with Footsmart’s customer service. I purchased several pair of Plantar Fasciitis inserts several months ago and did not check them when they arrived. I used one pair, and threw the other two in a bottom dresser drawer for later use.
