I ordered two pairs of sandals Order #W434106400 and received notification that my order had shipped. Several days later I noticed on my Amex card that only one pair had been charged for.

I called Customer Service and was told that they were being shipped from separate locations... not told there was any delay so I expected the rest of the order to come in a timely manner. The first pair of sandals showed up today so I called Customer Service to ask again about the second pair... no notification ever received to my email about what had happened to my order.

I had the misfortune of being "helped" by a person called LINDY...she was rude in the extreme ... I was given the impression that I was being unreasonable because I was asking where the rest of my order was. Is this pair of sandals available or not... is it on backorder or what?

This girl came across as so VERY NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT ... maybe she just needs some guidance to at least sound helpful and not that the customer is bothering her.
