Ordered sandals on 4/29/2015.Received them promptly.

Did not fit well and I returned them through my postal center immediately. It is now June 3 and I have not gotten any refund. They have the shoes I returned, they notified me, AND they have my money. This is uncalled for.

Holding onto my money to make interest?

I am advising anyone who might like a pair of shoes in their catalog to go find them at Zappos.com as their customer service is prompt and efficient. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

You will be very disappointed if you do.

This person is overall dissatisfied with Footsmart. the best about sandals from Footsmart was promptness of order.
